Arvilla Resort - St. Pete Beach

The pool area was enjoyable.

The room was filthy, with dirt everywhere. I found remnants of previous guests' hair and crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was in dire need of a deep clean, and the towels were old and barely usable. It was unacceptable for the price I paid!

All the facilities are clean, fairly clean hotel, its location is excellent right off the beach...

I had a well-maintained and good room to stay, it was complete with soap and new mattresses, for instance. The location for St. Pete Beach was comfy, just next door to Middle Grounds restaurant, Clearwater, and the grocery stores.

We spent our days at the nearby beach and explored some local spots. The hotel was cozy. I recommend checking out the pool area for some fun and relaxation!

Just a heads-up, the parking situation was a bit tricky. The small lot filled up quickly, which could be a hassle during peak times.

Had a fantastic time with a great pool area and clean rooms. The kitchenette was super handy for quick meals. Definitely a peaceful spot to unwind!

Charming Stay with Great Pool and Helpful Staff

The heated pool was a highlight and perfectly maintained. Jason and Karen were friendly. Pro tip, bring a good set of blinds for total privacy!

The staff were cute, and my room was clean, comfortable, and just a short stroll to the beach. I appreciated having a kitchenette for making light meals.

Could use more accessible seating near the pool.

Had a wonderful time 🌊 The view from our room was amazing, and the kitchenette made meal prep so easy. The only downside was the limited parking. Would definitely come back!

I loved how we were just a short stroll away from the beach and could easily explore nearby parks like Jungle Prada de Navaez Park, perfect for a refreshing walk among nature.
